江苏省2015年柯萨奇病毒A组16型VP1基因特征Genetic Characteristics of the VP1 Region of the Coxsackie A16 Virus from Jiangsu Province,China,in 2015

摘要(Abstract):
分析江苏省2015年柯萨奇病毒A组16型(CA16)分离株VP1基因特征。对江苏省2015年分离得到的20株CA16毒株进行VP1区基因扩增和扩增产物测序,并应用Mega 6.0和DNA Star软件对其构建基因进化树并分析核苷酸和氨基酸同源性。20株CA16分离株VP1核苷酸和氨基酸同源性分别为88.2%~100.0%和98.0%~100.0%;与A型国际原型株G10核苷酸和氨基酸同源性分别为75.3%~77.4%和90.6%~92.3%;与B1型代表株核苷酸和氨基酸同源性分别为88.3%~98.4%和96.3%~100.0%;与B2型代表株核苷酸和氨基酸同源性分别为88.4%~90.8%和96.6%~100.0%。20株CA16分离株基因亚型均为B1型,其中19株为B1b型,1株为B1a型,并有1个B1b传播链。江苏省2015年CA16分离株属于B1基因亚型,存在B1a和B1b两个进化分支共同进化和循环,其中以B1b为绝对优势流行株。
