HPgV-2(Human pegivirus 2)是2015年在丙型肝炎病毒感染者和有多次输血史个体中新发现的一种人源性病毒，与HPgV-1及HCV同属于黄病毒科，三者是黄病毒科肝炎病毒属和Pegivirus属内仅有的三种人源性病毒。HPgV-2感染在普通人群中很少见，且在大多数健康人群中并不存在HPgV-2病毒血症，主要传播流行于HCV/HIV合并感染及注射吸毒者等高危人群。大量证据表明，HPgV-2在流行病学上与HCV密切相关，均可在患者体内产生病毒血症且稳定增殖，最终形成慢性感染。但对于HPgV-2是否具有致病性，目前尚无定论。HPgV-2的基因组特征与HPgV-1相似，均为单股正链RNA病毒。HPgV-2作为Pegivirus属内第二种人源病毒，其核苷酸序列间同一性高达92.1%～95.9%，与邻近进化分支的啮齿动物和蝙蝠Pegiviruses的氨基酸相似性却不到32%。由于包膜蛋白抗体的出现可作为HPgV-2感染消退的指标，因此可使用E2蛋白对HPgV-2进行检测。而HPgV-2的核酸检测则通常使用其5'非翻译区（Untranslated region,UTR）和NS3区域的一段序列作为引物进行定量PCR检测。本文旨在总结HPgV-2的患病率、传播、发病机制、基因组特征及病毒检测。
