吉林省延边地区１９９６年６月发生无菌性脑膜脑炎流行，在全地区２１６万人口中，发病人数约５～６千人，死亡２人，为历史上所罕见。从病人脑脊液和粪便标本中分离到多株病毒，分离率较高（分别达到５２．４％和６６．７％）。用ＷＨＯ提供的ＲＩＶＭ肠道病毒组合血清进行中和定型，不能确定型别。ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ结果表明为肠道病毒。病人早期血清特异性ＩｇＭ抗体阳性率７２．０％，证明所分离的病毒为此次无菌性脑膜脑炎暴发流行的病因。此病毒为肠道病毒，有可能是肠道病毒的一个新型别或变异株。有关的研究正在深入进行
Abstract：An aseptic meningoencephalitis broke out in Yanbian prefecture of Jilin Province in June,1996.Among 2.16 millions population of Yanbian prefecture,there were about 5 000 patients, and two of the patients died. A total of 23 virus strains were isolated from the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and stool specimens of the patients using RD cell, the isolation rate of CSF was 52.4%,that of stool specimens was 68.4%.The isolated viruses could not be typed by neutralization test using the RIVM antiserum provided by WHO.RT-PCR showed the viruses were enteroviruses.The positive rate of patients' acute stage serum IgM antiboudy against the isolated virus was 72.0% by ELISA.The results demonstrate the isolated virus is the pathogen of the aseptic meningoencephalitis, it is an enterovirus, and it may be a new type or a mutated enterovirus strain.The further study about this virus is going on.
