人乳头瘤病毒(Human papillomavirus,HPV)感染所致宫颈疾病是常见的性传播疾病之一,也是导致宫颈癌发生的重要危险因素。目前尚无特异有效的临床治疗手段,针对HPV感染所致宫颈疾病治疗策略的研究和应用是世界范围内迫切需要解决的重要问题。本文针对宫颈HPV感染治疗策略从手术治疗、物理治疗、药物治疗(包括西药和中药)和免疫治疗四方面的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:

Cervical human papillomavirus(HPV) infection is one of the most common sexually transmitted diseases,and an important risk factor for cervical cancer. Currently,there is no specific and effective clinical treatment method. The research and application of treatment strategies for cervical diseases caused by HPV infection is an urgent project in the world. In this paper,the therapeutic strategies for cervical HPV infection were reviewed in the perspectives of surgery,physical therapy,drug therapy(including Western medicine and Chinese medicine)and immunotherapy.
