猴痘病毒感染动物模型及传播途径研究综述

摘要(Abstract):

猴痘是一种由猴痘病毒引起的人兽共患疾病,已在全球蔓延。加快猴痘病毒传播途径、传播效率等相关研究的速度,建立各种动物感染模型与传播模型十分必要。因此,本文旨在综述国内外已经建立的猴痘病毒动物感染模型以及已知的猴痘病毒传播途径。目前,许多易感动物的猴痘病毒感染模型已经建立,涵盖不同动物种类、不同感染途径以及不同毒株类型等,并已经成功应用于解析猴痘病毒生物学特点的相关研究中。猴痘病毒可通过多种途径传播,如通过接触患者或患病动物,接触污染物传播,还可以通过飞沫、气溶胶等呼吸道途径传播,也可以通过性行为、母婴途径传播。考虑到猴痘病毒传播方式的多样性,我们需要采取多种应对措施才能减少疾病的传播,同时,应进一步建立更多能够模拟各种自然感染途径的动物模型,为猴痘病毒疫苗、药物研发和防控措施的制定提供技术支撑。
