<正> 作者曾报道过,获取高价单克隆抗体(McAb)与免疫方法有关。本文报道获得麻疹高价单克隆抗的途径,以及将其用作捕捉抗体以提高ELISA双抗体夹心法检测麻疹IgG抗体的敏感性。

According to our previous paper, an exploration on methods obtain high titer McAb-secreting hybridomas, we produced three measles McAbs with the titre of 51,200-204,800 as assayed by HAI These, titers were higher than those ever reported. Using these McAbs as capture antibody instead of PcAb for detecting measles antibody in sera by double sandwish ELI-SA, the sensitivity was increased by 1-16 times, averaging 4 times. The three McAbs could be used for distinguishing the measles virus strains L4, Sl91 and M60-5 by neutralization test. All of these McAbs could not neutralize strain M60-5, while McAb No. 12 neutralized L4 strain much more effectively than strain Sl91. We also have succeeded in using these McAbs labeled with fluorescence dye for detecting measles viral antigen in infected cells.
