抗HTLV-1病毒感染及ATL治疗研究进展

人类T细胞白血病1型病毒(Human T-cell leukemia virus type 1, HTLV-1)是一种与成人T细胞白血病(Adult T-cell leukemia, ATL)等人类疾病密切相关的逆转录病毒。本文从HTLV-1病毒及其致病机制出发,介绍了一线抗病毒治疗、化学疗法、造血干细胞移植等常规抗病毒策略,并探讨了免疫调节剂、单克隆抗体、分子靶向治疗、治疗性疫苗等新型手段的研究进展,期望为抗HTLV-1病毒感染及ATL的临床治疗提供科学指导。

Abstract:

Human T-cell leukemia virus type 1(HTLV-1) is a retrovirus that is closely related to adult T-cell leukemia(ATL) and other human diseases. Based on HTLV-1 virus and its pathogenic mechanism, this article introduces the conventional antiviral strategies such as first-line antiviral therapy, chemotherapy and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, and discusses the research progress of new methods such as immunomodulators, monoclonal antibodies, molecular targeted therapy and therapeutic vaccines. We hope to provide scientific guidance for the clinical treatment of anti-HTLV-1 infection and ATL.
