带状疱疹(Herpes zoster,HZ)是由潜伏的水痘-带状疱疹病毒(Varicella-zoster virus,VZV)重新激活引起的感染性皮肤病,好发于中老年人,常表现为沿感觉神经支配的区域形成单侧皮疹,并伴有神经病理性疼痛。随着我国人口老龄化趋势日益加重,带状疱疹的发病率呈显著上升趋势,带状疱疹的防治已经成为重要的公共卫生问题,接种带状疱疹疫苗来防止该病发生是最为行之有效的手段。本文将对带状疱疹的流行病学以及对已上市带状疱疹疫苗的有效性、安全性和成本效益等方面作一综述,为我国带状疱疹疫苗的研制以及带状疱疹的预防提供参考。
Abstract：Herpes zoster(HZ)is an acute infectious skin disease caused by reactivation of the latent varicellazoster virus(VZV). It occurs in the middle-aged and elderly people and often presents as a unilateral rash along the sensory innervated area with neuropathic pain. With the increasing aging of China's population,the incidence of herpes zoster has shown a significant upward trend. Prevention and treatment of herpes zoster has become an important public health issue. Inoculation with a herpes zoster vaccine is an efficacious way to prevent and control the epidemic. We reviewed the epidemiology of herpes zoster as well as and the efficacy,safety and costeffectiveness of herpes zoster vaccines. Our review provides a reference for development of herpes zoster vaccines in China and prevention and control of herpes zoster-based diseases.
