从感染人免疫缺陷病毒Ⅰ型(HIV-1)后存活并增殖的MT-4细胞中筛选出一株带有HIV-1抗原但不释放感染性HIV的细胞株(MT-4A)。对MT-4A细胞进行抗原性分析表明有p24、gp41、gp120表达。将MT-4A细胞制备抗原片于HIV-1抗体检测,经大批量血清初筛试验获得满意结果。
Abstract：An HIV-1 antigen carrying cell line(MT-4A), which expressed antigen p24, gp41 and gp120 but it did not produce infectious virus, was established from MT-4 cells after infection with human immunodeficiency virus type 1 ( HIV-1). Antigenic analyses of this cell line and its application in screening tests suggest that MT-4A cell could be used as target antigen for the detection of HIV-1 antibody.
